I hope gilbert recovers soon, and comes back next year even bigger than this year. It's unfortunate because i wanted him to be on team USA. As far as next season goes, I hope he fully recovers and tears everythin apart. oh by the way great mention of the Lakers-Clippers game guys. instead of analyzing the way the lakers blowed a big one to the clips, you put a video of idiot Joakim Noah humping the air. Fantastic. the next Noah video i see will probably be when he does somethin similar playing overseas in a year or so. NBA talent? suck it.

Looks like the dime crew is intimidated by the Toronto fans. Best team in the east outside of the Central? Did you not watch the Heat Raptor game the other night because I remember Miami controlling that game from start to finish and getting the W without their best player. Dime crew getting soft. Never seen anyone get scared of a Canadian before now.

Wussup Dime Crew, thanks for showin' the Raptors some much-deserved love on your Hit List. We know you didn't mean to downplay the Raps clinching a playoff spot, but y'all can kinda understand where us T-Dot fans were comin from when we went OFF a couple of Smacks ago when this significant accomplishment was overlooked. Us hoopheads here are as passionate about bball as anybody in any city, so to go thru so much b.s. (or should I say "V.C."?) the past few years and then finally get to where we are is a HUGE thing. We've been feenin' ever since for a winning team that doesn't involve hockey (although even that's still a long ways comin), and lemme just say it's about damn time..

Keep up the good work Dime...and yo what's up w/ the Fantasy Doctor? Haven't heard from homeboy in awhile.

Well, I think most raptors fans would agree with your assessment of "best non-central division team in the east"....no complaints there

but did you notice during our game last night, after Hedo Turkoglu hit his 6th trey in the 4th? He coldly celebrated with a "YOU CANT SEE ME!"

I was watching the Bulls/Pistons game when T and Rip were going at it...pretty pathetic. I'm a big Bulls fan, so I'll take Tyrus Thomas for Rip Hamilton any day, but T was hardly even talking to Rip. Rip definitely initiated that, and he kept following the poor young man all over the floor, jawing at him. When they said both of them had been kicked out, I was pissed. Especially cause Thomas was on one of those tears he's been on recently. I wonder what Tyrus Thomas could've possibly said to Rip to set him off like that. Doesn't Richard have a couple titles (NCAA and pro)?! Out like a bitter Washington Wizards fan...

The recent Nike commercial (with the ten players balling on an air base) spurred a debate between me and a few friends. The topic was: which sneaker company has the best squad? By that I mean, which sneaker company can boast the best starting five in a) street game & b) an nba game?? According to the Nike Ad, Nike has a pretty diesel group composed of ten players (two teams): Lebron, Kobe, Nash, Amare, Rasheed, Jermaine O'Neal, Chris Paul, Marion, Pierce, and Parker. Any combination of five of these guys is sick! Now Adidas' squad is not bad either with: Duncan, Garnet, T-Mac, Arenas, and Billups. Scary. Reebok has the one-man scoring machine in the Answer, and Converse has the deadliest cat in the game, Dywane Wade. Both teams undermanned, but forces nonetheless.

I'm requesting this question to be officially polled by Dime. I trust your readers, and would love to see what true ball fans think about this...
