Coach Hurley’s Clinic
Coach Hurley’s St. Anthony’s squadCanton, Mass., was the site of the first annual Reebok coaches’ clinic, where iconic high school coach Bob Hurley Sr. and his famed St. Anthony’s (N.J.) squad were in the building along with 200 or so coaches from the New England area. Coach Hurley spoke to the audience about coaching techniques — dude has definitely forgotten more about hoop than you’ll ever know — and had his Friars players running through their stuff for visual aid.
