Like you mentioned with McNabb, there was a time when Buckhalter missed two seasons in a row with knee injuries, so in Madden you could use him for exhibition games, but if you started a season he'd already be on the IR and out for the year. If you did Franchise mode, Buckhalter would become available the next year. As far as ratings, they'll rate Oden whatever he would have been rated pre-injury. He's already in Live -- I saw a preview of it a couple days before the Draft. And he's in Sony's NBA 08 (saw it a couple weeks ago). I mean do they even put oden in nba 2k8(live will suck no matter who they have in it)? Is he going to be in the game but be like a 41 rating ala paul shirly? Or do they leave him out completely and just bring him in next year with a high rating like its his first year?
