Leave your questions in the comments section and I will do my best to answer all of them…

Steve Francis - Don’t look now but Franchise is very much in Houston’s rotation right now. It is very clear that Rafer is the starter and Francis is the spark off the bench. In 27 minutes last night, Francis had 9 points and 7 assists.

Raptors Front Court - with both Bosh and Bargnani going down with injuries last night, a bunch solid contributers could evolve with improved fantasy stats if either guy has to miss significant time. Forget Rasho, it’s the smaller forwards having to play the 4 that are enticing. Anthony Parker (19, 8, and 6 last night), Jason Kapono (31 minutes last night) and Delfino who will most likely be called on to pick up the slack. J. Moon is most likely owned in your league but his already crazy production won’t hurt from this either. Dark horse for stats? Joey Graham.

Kyle Lowry - Nice game last night - 30+ minutes, 12 points, and a nice 4 steals - but we need to see some legit consistency before we’re believers.

Rashad Mccants - On a very inconsistent team, McCants is really starting to impress with his consistency. He had another 20-point game last night and if you need guard scoring and free throw percentage, McCants could help you.

Brandon Bass - 22 minutes, 15 points on 5-6 from the field. This dude is an opportunity away from being picked up. Pay attention to the Mavs.

Charlie Bell - 13 minutes, 0 points. Not exactly what people thought they’d get on draft day.

  2. Kobeef says:

tj is supposed to be back friday - but i would not count on it…raps are worried about his injury

  3. Jose Calderon says:

Take your time coming back, TJ….

  4. finance_lady23 says:

    i’ve got daniel gibson.
should i trade him for ben gordon? devin harris? or jamaal tinsley?

  5. gary says:

i’m holdin onto randy foye, any word on when he’ll start playin’?

  6. finance_lady23 says:

i really need more assists, steals, and i’m mediocre on points….and i can drop gibson.

what about anthony carter? ronnie brewer?

i’ve been looking at the numbers for all these guys, but i’m just not sure who to look at picking up…

  7. finance_lady23 says:

ok i just got offered bosh and felton, and in return they want dirk, and anyone else on my roster i dont like.

    here’s my roster:

    dirk
    kidd
    michael redd
    daniel gibson
    emeka okafor
    al jefferson
    ron artest
    stephen jackson
    yao ming
    ray allen

    whats my move?

i’m concerned about bosh when it comes to injuries, and i haven’t followed felton at all.

  8. kyung2 says:

bosh and felton for dirk and gibson seems like the best trade you could make, although bosh has been bothered by injuries all year long. if you do make the trade, felton is nice, but watch out for his low fg% and high turnovers.

  9. kyung2 says:

foye should be out for a cpl more weeks. he should be back in a cpl of weeks, just hang in there

  10. kyung2 says:

if the other teams are willing, trading gibson for any of the three, gordon, tinsley, harris makes sense because gibson’s value could take a hit once hughes comes back from his injury. gordon should come out of this slump sooner than later, tinsley is having a career year, and harris is finally breaking out this year

  11. kyung2 says:

dropping gibson for ronnie brewer makes sense, but not for anthony carter. however, that wouldn’t really help you out with assists

  12. finance_lady23 says:

yeah the bosh injury thing is bugging me - not sure i trust his reliability.

there is upside to dropping gibson and getting either gordon, tinsley or harris - but what i really need is assists, steals, and 3’s - pretty much a good pg/sg.

but if i do end up getting rid of gibson, what do i do about that trade offer of gibson and dirk for bosh and felton?

the guy who made the offer has a roster of:

    deron williams
    joe johnson
    felton
    maggette
    paul pierce
    antawn jamison
    kg
    bosh
    pau
    and camby

lets say i give up gibson and i pick up gordon

what is my counter offer to his trade offer?

original offer is bosh/felton for my dirk/gibson.

if i offer dirk - do i include gordon or another player?

and who would be good to get off his team?

ugh - so confusing and i don’t have time to run all the numbers….i need a quick answer

  13. kyung2 says:

you should just make the bosh/felton for dirk/gibson trade. it makes sense for you because what you are looking for is 3’s, steals, and assists. felton provides that. if you don’t want bosh, and want to keep dirk, you can take a chance on tinsley. he’s been getting his assists and 3’s. however, he’s been horrible with his turnovers the past couple of games.

  14. finance_lady23 says:

well the thing about bosh - i dont need more boards.
if anything, i need a centre that blocks shots. i’m leading in boards.

what does bosh really offer me?

I’ve got okafor, al jefferson, and yao ming already on my roster. do i even need bosh?

  15. kyung2 says:

what kind of league are you playing in? h2h or roto? or something else?

  16. kyung2 says:

having bosh will increase your blocks. i would imagine having jefferson, okafor, and bosh would be sufficient for blocks.

you also have to realize you can’t win every single category. are you in a H2H league?

  17. MSkittle says:

When will Jermaine O’Neal be back?

  18. finance_lady23 says:

    roto league. 10 players/team, 7 teams

  19. The Jed says:

    finance lady, pick up Brewer.

  20. finance_lady23 says:

and drop gibson? and why brewer over tinsley or gordon?

  21. Nap Z says:

Any predictions for Francis in the 2nd half of the season? Any other sleepers?
