Over on Bouncemag.com, we’ve posted a highlight clip of a kid named Terrell Cournoyea, a.k.a. “T-Dub,” showing some crazy hops despite only being 5-foot-9. Naturally, T-Dub identifies himself as “The Best Dunker in the World.”

I don’t like sounding redundant, but Taurian Fontenette is my top dunker right now. T-Dub claims to be the best sub-6ft dunker, which I don’t dispute (sorry Nate Robinson). Plus, I think T-Dub is only 18 maybe 19. These two plus Quentin Slaughter (Elevator) make my top 3. We’ll see T-Dub make or break his name when he’s live on City Slam. Put him in there and watch closely, ESPN. I’d like to see Elevator on the show too. I don’t think Mr. 720 can participate.

I really don’t get it. This guy comes out with a video (and it’s not like it is only one of them out there) with dunks from every super dunker you know, and more…and he is not the “best dunker in the world”. For sure, “the best dunker in the world” should probably be a result of a dunk contest. But still, give me arguments why he is not one of the top 5 at least!!! He’s got size advantage and it seems that he can do evey dunk out there with amazin ease: windmill variations, rider variations, 360s, 540s…So…arguments for not being one of the best?

I edited this clip, I told TDub to say those lines.
He’s actually a very humble dude, He has landed the 720 on numerous occasions on tape, We’re just waiting for the right time or DVD to release those.
He will be in City Slam, Elevator is also in it and TJ “Mr.720″ is not on a contract with anyone right now and might be in the contest as well.
You will see much much more of TDub.

T Dubs hops are insane and I must admit i have never seen a dude windmill while jumpin over a next dude however that best in the world claim is kinda off. I dont believe its cause there are others who are better, i just think its pretty impossible to claim to be the best in the world at anything and have it be true. People say Kobe is the best player in the world and thats a plausible argument but the way Lebron is bussin ass how can he not be considered as such?
