Leave your fantasy hoops quesion in the comments section and I will do my best to answer all of them.
Andris Biedrins – Nellie Ball continues to frustrate owners. Not only is it frustrating but also last night, a night when the Lakers dominated the middle (Bynum had 20 and probably could have had 30), Biedrins should have played more than 13 minutes. In the last 10 games, Biedrins has played under 15 minutes twice, between 20 and 28 minutes four times, and over 30 minutes four times. Even in limited minutes he is a double/double threat, but for a fantasy owner, as opposed to a rotisserie owner, Biedrins might be good trade bait.
Stephon Marbury – Steph is going to sit out tonight’s game as he still grieves over the loss of his father. We’d probably leave Steph on the bench for the week. Expect Freddie Jones to see a lot of minutes tonight and there may even be a Nate Robinson sighting.
Jason Williams – J-Will is expected to miss another game or two this week with a sprained ankle. Chris Quinn will continue to start. That Smush Parker signing seems disastrous right now.
Dorell Wright – Dorell Wright just can’t put it together. One game after going for 19 and 17, Wright played 20 minutes, went 2-4 from the floor and had 4 points and 1 board. He should remain on the free agent wire.
Travis Outlaw – I’m really liking this dude. A really good sign of a good fantasy player is when he is off and still puts up numbers. Outlaw was only 3-11 in last night’s game but got to the line 16 times and finished with 20 points and 5 boards. That’s 3 straight 20-point games and 10 straight of at least 28 minutes.

Rockets says:
don’t forget about kenyon martin. he’s a legit contributor for steals and blocks. he’ll also give you decent points and rebounds. seems like he’s getting 30+ min from now on. I dropped Eddy Curry because it seems like k mart would give me better overall help. what do you think?

How about my boozer/okafor for kaman/deven harris/colison?
is brand going to kill kaman’s value?

I’m doing well but looking for a way to improve. D. Howard is keeping me in the running with rebounds and blocks but that is my weakest roto category. Thinking about trading Rashard Lewis for more rebounding/blocks. Owners of Yao, Jefferson, Garnett, are not interested. Kaman owner is up for a trade but it seems I’m giving too much. How to make this fair Kaman + Jameson for Lewis and Haslem a fair offer.

nick says:
personally thats a good trade cause kaman will give you like 14,2,2.5 and jamison without arenas is putting up 20 a game min and around 8-9 rebs which is better then lewis and haslem combo.

MoxInThe West says:
Lakers fans knew that smush signing was terrible immediately. SMUSH IS WHO WE THOUGHT HE WAS!
On the other hand Farmar is NOT who we thought he was, which is awesome. And Crittenton is real nice too.

Trade advice.. Luol Deng and Brendan Haywood for Shawn Marion. I will be getting Marion. I already accepted and will be gaining a roster spot. Azubuike, Blatche, Jaric, and Travis Outlaw are on the wire.. Raja Bell will be in 2 days. Pick up someone immediately or wait for Bell? Anyone got advice?

time to drop martell webster for an injured nene or a healthy juan carlos navarro? is this the end of what looked to be a good season from webster because of the outlaw burst or stick with martell at this point?

Tux says:
Doc,
What to do with Boris Diaw? He’s killing me with his potential ability and lack of production. In a roto league 12 deep and I am happy to stash him pending an injury to Hill or Amare which would see a marked increase in minutes. Do you see any way in which he forces his way back into that rotation? Not living in America I don’t get to see the games. Is he out of shape, out of favour or something else? Any guidance would be appreciated

The Fantasy Doctor says:
sorry for the delay…
Rockets, I honestly think K-Mart is destined for 55 games this season and Curry will come around.
Luke, awful deal for you.
Tim, that’s a fair deal.
lbj23, if you’re getting AK yes. If you’re getting Mo than no!
AT2, I’d rather have Duncan and Horford.
NT, Bogut
TL - No. Look for another solution.
Sinnercal - either Outlaw or Bell. And nice deal.
Kaman - Stick with Webster for another minute.
Tux - He’s just the 7th or 8th guy on that squad and will be unless Marion or Amare gets hurt. Great potential though if they do get hurt.

chriskaman(yourmouth) says:
thanks doc,
in another L of mine i am pretty serviceable at the point and have pretty good depth at C. here is my team (point guards and center eligible players)…
Hinrich
Andre Miller
Daniel Gibson
Antonio Daniels
Anthony Carter
Carlos Boozer
Andrew Bynum
Samuel Dalembert
Chris Wilcox
Andray Blatche
Elton Brand (when he’s back)
I’m currently in second place in the L, but i’m 6 games back of first and i lost to the first place team 8-6 last week. I seem to struggle in assists (sometimes), blks and 3’s. I’m looking to improve here…
What do you think about me swinging KG, rondo and bynum to a buddy in my L for Granger, G Wallace and Chris Bosh? Seem like a good deal for me or not? Sorry this was so long, but it’s a pretty big deal.
