Whoa whoa whoa … Mourning the best defensive player EVER? I see your point about comparing his scoring numbers to Redd’s, but that was uncalled for. Zo isn’t even the best defensive player to come out of Georgetown.

#1-please dont EVER…..EVER list Stinkbury as a potential hall of famer again
#2- of course he has a higher ppg av that Zo, ZO is maybe the best DEFENSIVE player ever
#3- the Kidd has never been a real scoring threat just a great all around player, and the best pure pg since Magic

Redds a nice guy but he’s just a less talented Ray Allen. Plus Milwaulkee will never reach above a #5 seed in the east

He’s out unless he develops into a serious killer during the big games – he can do this though i can’t see it happening with this current team. Gotta respect his loyalty though with the Bucks.

Always wondered what might have happened had lebron got this guy to run with him. Micheal Redd “open-looks-all-day”…. into Larry “can’t play all season” Hughes.

Great college slasher/shooter/winner. Somehow fell to the second round I think. Someone verify that for me. Used to just be a great world-class shooter, now a great scorer as well. Unfortunately, Milwaukee, being the media juggernaut that it is, doesn’t produce too many HOFers since Oscar and Kareem and I hope Sidney Moncrief is in. Redd’s problem is that HOFers are born in the playoffs and I have ZERO Mike Redd playoff memories. Great shooter,great scorer, great teammate great character but almost a zero percent chance of gettin into the Hall.
I agree with what Celts Fan stated. Shoulda left the 15-30 mil on the table and bounced to Cleveland cuz Lebron would give him nothin but open looks all year long….but leaving 20+ Mill on the table is easier said than done….even a little stupid.
OUT but will still have a great career

Here’s the thing….You’re talking about Peja in your argument as though he is better than Redd though Peja has yet to be mentioned in the HOF watch. If Peja is better than Redd, for whatever reason (and I’m not saying he is, I’m just going off of what I read here,) and hasn’t been featured in this discussion, what in the HELL are we discussing Redd for? A gold medal won’t help him either. He would actually have to develop a serious HOF personality (game, attitude, accolades, etc.) and I dont see that happening for Redd….Great shooter though……
