Questions for the Doc? Leave them in the comments box.

Jameer/Arroyo - The Arroyo run seems pretty much over. That being said, he’ll probably have value again at some point this season. Jameer’s value is back, though his scoring appears to still be a concern.

Johan Petro - I remember when he was drafted into the League, one of my boys who had seen him play and new him told me that Petro was still very young and hadn’t really learned to work hard. The other night showed a glimpse of his potential: 23 points, 9 boards, and 3 blocks. Petro will be under the microscope tonight as he battles Dallas. We’ll definitely be curious to see if he can put together back-to-back games.

T.J. Ford - T.J. is much closer to returning than most thought. He seems to feel healthy, but this is an injury you don’t mess with. That being said, Ford is going to pick up the practice intensity as the weeks go on so there should be constant updates.

Thaddeus Young - If you saw him in the summer leagues, you knew he was extremely far from being NBA-ready. He’s been getting more and more run though, and has been hitting open shots and playing within himself. Pat, our editor and huge Philly fan, continues to hate. That’s usually a good sign to pick him up.

That’s funny. Remember, even bad players can find their way into value on bad teams.

  3. celtics4life says:

That is true, if only Brian Scalibrini played for the Twolves. That guy has the athletic ability of a 12 year old girl. Could be waiver wire gold?

watup doc…i had two trades proposed to me yesterday and I’m hesitant to accept or reject them..

booby gibson and lebron (me) for grant hill, haslem, and iverson

    and

booby and kendrick perkins (me) for sean williams and tj ford.

I’m fifth in my league out of fourteen people, i’m great at fg%, assists, and stls…and i need 3′s, rebounds, and blocks. What do you think?

“Ford is going to pick up the practice intensity”

Oh, so you mean he’s actually going to put on a uni and tie up his shoes and set foot on a practice court?

Because he hasn’t done that yet.

One step at a time people.

  9. Beantown says:

    SHOULD I MAKE THIS TRADE?
