Getting Up With Luke Babbitt
Over on HighSchoolHoop.com is an interview Galena (Nevada) High School’s Luke Babbit, who recently broke Nevada’s all-time high school scoring mark of 2,616, previously owned by Armon Johnson and Prince Fowler. Luke talks about coming off of a championship season, his junior prom (which he skipped to play ball) and the Galena/Reno game in which he outscored Duke commit Olek Czyz 31-4. And if you know Babbitt at all, you’d also know that he feels the same way about his scoring record as Bob Knight does about his 900th win…

Slam is waaack. Holla for some West Coast Representation on HSH! Babbit is LEGIT. Watch for Nevada to be back on the map next year with this cat and Frosh G Armon Johnson. Its a cinderella story in the making.
