I've watched the Bucks a couple of times this season, and I have to say that offensively, they doesn't seem to have a problem. Bogut's a pretty decent center, Yi's one of the top rookies right now, and Redd can shoot with anyone in the L (holla, Mark Price!> The problem it seems is the execution of the offense, with guys favoring iso plays than cuts in the ring.

Redd is not the problem. They need to fire Larry K. It's too bad cause he's a former Buck but home town loyalty only goes so far. He doesn't have a good rotation, guys don't play like their motivated, and I don't think they look prepared. I don't know if it's scouting or game planing but it seems like most of the time they don't know what they're supposed to be doing. Very disapointing after Terry Stotts kept a depleted team playing hard and competative all last year to this.

See they keep talking bad about Redd like that and its not all his fault. i mean in the bucs games i've seen this year (like 2 or 3) Mo Williams doesnt even look Redd's way in crunch time. If he's your franchise player and youre paying that much - he gets the shots with time winding down - not williams

Obviously the Bucks were wrong to think that they had a good team (although I'd admit I also thought they would be better) and need to figure out where they went wrong.

Yi and Bogut are players you can build around. It would be nice to have a Josh Smith type player in the SF role.

The Milwaukee backcourt is where the wheels come off. Redd is decent and probably untradeable with that salary but is quite one dimensional. Mo Williams needs to be replaced with a top-tier playmaker. Think about it - if Chris Paul was running Milwaukee this team would make some noise. They have some nice weapons and need a PG who uses them - unlike williams who looks for his shot first, second and third.

Team should get Jeff Van Gundy as head coach....or better yet Rudy Tomjanovich. The team already has the core players. Guards (Williams, Bell, Redd), Bigs (Bogut, Villanueva, Gadzuric) and Wings (Mason, Simmons, Yi Jilian).

They need a steady voice/hand on the sidelines. Coaching. A defensive minded coach would be good for them.

No need to blow this team up. Detroit has 2 seasons left. Indy is going backwards, Cleveland still needs to put a group around LeBron and we're not sure what direction the Bulls are going in. Milwaukee can challenge for the division next season or the yr after.

"The Bucks need to win 28 of their remaining 49 games (.571 win%) to finish with 41 wins, the rough target for playoff teams in the East. Then consider that only Boston, Detroit and MIAMI have a winning percentage higher than that at the moment."
wtf?
