From today’s Philadelphia Inquirer:
Brown to the Bulls? An NBA source said yesterday that Sixers executive vice president Larry Brown has drawn interest as a candidate for the Chicago Bulls’ head coaching job.
The Bulls fired Scott Skiles on Dec. 24. Three days later, Jim Boylan was named interim head coach for the rest of the season. Brown, a former Sixers coach for six years, has been out of coaching since the 2005-06 season, when he went 23-59 with the New York Knicks.
So, how would Ben Wallace or Ben Gordon or Joakim Noah respond to being browbeaten about “playing the right way” and constantly being called out by LB in the press?

oooooooooo noooooo…. Paxson please don’t do this - Larry Brown proved that he is the most self-interested coach after ditching the Knicks. All he’s going to do is get the Bulls on sportscenter

I’m not a Bulls fan, so I say bring LB in! With that fragile group, the meltdown would be inevitable and hilarious at the same time.
Could this franchise be any more dysfunctional? Maybe MJ can assume GM duties and save it…

After reading the first four words of this post I laughed at Bulls fans everywhere thinking that chicago management thought Kwame was going to solve their problems.
Then I read the next sentence and laughed even harder

I don’t think Big Ben would have an issue with it seeing as he was already coached by LB in 03 and won a chip with him in 04
