Call me crazy but I would like to see a game with Gus Johnson and Doug Gottlieb. Gus is a no brainer though, his antics during the tournament are legendary. Remember the Gonzaga UCLA game?!

  2. Goo Goo says:

What about Mike Patrick? I love him. He got the boot from Sunday night football when ESPN shifted to the MNF slot… He’s good for a couple mispronunciations, but still real good.

  3. Dime Magazine says:

I agree – Mike Patrick is a great play-by-play guy. I’d take him over Verne Lundquist any day.

Verne got the last name of announcers on lock!

  5. The Great Yinka says:

I can’t believe that nobody rang in yet with the most obvious guy missing – MARV ALBERT! Yes!

  6. Myrie says:

I don’t know if you all get to hear a lot of Bill Raftery (he does a lot of Big East telecast and is only on espn occasionally), but his “kiss off the glass” line is legendary.

“….with the soft kiss off the glass…”

  7. doc says:

and he hit em with Man to Man
