This trade would easily improve the Cavs. Mike Miller can score consistently. Something they are lacking aside from Lebron. And they would only have to give up end of the bench players. I like Lowry better than Boobie at the point spot. Boobie will be a decent player off the bench rather than a starter. Don't be so quick to crown the Pistons and Celtics. All you have to do is steal a couple of games and a playoff series can turn around just like that. (See Detroit v. Cleveland circa 2007.)

Good trade for both teams

My other trades:

Orlando Trade

Turk
Bogans
Garrity

To Indian for:

Diogu
Murphy
Rush

Also Celtics need to get Anthony Johnson...He is their best option for a veteran point guard.

I'm from Baltimore, so following this team reminds me of the AL East in baseball. The Grizz are like the Devil Rays: no matter what they do, this just isn't their decade. The Mavs and the Spurs are just dominant (Yankees and Red Sox), and the Hornets and Rockets have been competitive at the least (Orioles and Blue Jays); there's just not any room for a fifth team in the division.

Lowery is the point Boobie will never be and Mike Miller will open the floor up crazy.

Is Memphis's GM hellbent on giving away talent? They got nobody in return for Gasol besides Javaris Crittendon, and Shannon Brown and Cedric Simmons haven't shown they were worthy of being first-rounders. How many mid-to-late first round draft picks can one team bank on? Apparently Memphis thinks this is a good strategy. They'll get a high pick this year, but that's an awful lot of marginal players on one team.

Yea, this would be a pretty good deal. Lowry's got promise, although I would sayhe has about as much as Booby. Meanwhile, Miller's better than...everyone on the team not named Lebron? I like Z, I like Gooden, but neither of them has the offensive punch anymore like Miller does. I don't think this makes them better than the Pistons or the Celtics, but it probably pushes them ahead of the Magic. And if you factor in the Lebron Factor, they could maybe beat the Pistons in the playoffs?

Mike Miller would be a great fit on a lot of teams. Who else is trying to get him? Don't tell me yet another West team is going to get better...

I don't know how much this will help. It sounds better than what they have. Still at least they trying to do something.

Houston fans should be trying to do random slaps on Houston's GM!
