Dcbum says:
Kid can shoot the lights out… I think he needs another year though to get closer to an nba body. Although I though the same thign about monta and he’s been on a tear.

doc says:
He nice. Gotta get stronger.

Constable Goon says:
A little more weight is all he needs. Dude is a beast. I am a bit curious though, can he play the point in the L?

word says:
does he play 2?

Austin Burton says:
I don’t think he has to be a PG. Guys like Arenas, Gordon, Wade, Foye, Boykins and Nate (even a guy like Pargo) have done a lot to kill the “tweener” guard stereotype. Any combo guard with handle and a shot can find a role on a team that needs scoring, whether it’s off the bench or as a starter.

Constable Goon says:
But he is only 6ft isnt he?
March 24th, 2008 at 11:28 am
Kyle says:
Pretty sure he’s 6’3
March 24th, 2008 at 11:39 am
Jim says:
They said on the broadcast that he’s listed 6’3 and about 6’1…which is NBA 6’3.

Njagge says:
He’s a shorter version of Reggie Miller I’m tellin u. He has that competitive edge that just makes him tough. He has a better handle than Reggie, but Reggie was able to shoot over the top easier at 6’7. He’s smart man. He knows the game and I think he’ll be effective in the NBA cuz a lot of the young talent doesn’t have a corner of the basketball knowledge that he has.

dude gonna be straight lethal in the league if he gets into the right system.

djKianoosh says:
whatever happened to JJ Redick? oh my bad.
i dont know, can’t really compare him to monta, cause doesn’t monta have a lot more quickness? can’t come close to Miller Time. the height difference alone will kill that.
he’s a nice college player, but he might not be all that in the NBA, sorry to say. strength and quickness are just not there yet.

balla says:
not sure if you guys keep with the league like this but from what I seen curry plays just like carlos arroyo (when he has complete control to do whatever he wants…like in college and his puerto rican team).

tealish says:
Not impressed with the 7-20. Sure he hit the big shots down the stretch, but if he’s shooting 20fga in college… how many is he planning on hoisting up in the NBA? 25? 30? At that %, that’d get you out of the L quick.
March 24th, 2008 at 4:49 pm
Taj says:
His poise and confidence reminds me alot of Brandon Roy!! He can but the ball on the floor and dude is a straight up sniper. What impressed me the most was the 2 30pt half vs the Zags and the Hoyas. Every one has an off half and has too shoot a bit more to keep their team in the game, except for maybe TJ Ford! LOL!

anonymous says:
He’s Kevin Martin. Maybe a little shorter.
March 24th, 2008 at 8:49 pm
K Dizzle says:
Seems to me that he’s a shorter version of Dell Curry. He doesn’t need to start in the l, he can come off the bench for a squad and go Microwave in limited minutes

D-Town says:
Boy is nice. What i don’t get is that how all these other NC schools let this cat slip thru the cracks? U telling me a school like NC state or something didn’t have a spot for this cat?

maddskeezy says:
played with him before when he was still in grade 8 living in toronto (his dad was on the raptors) and he was already NICE then.. most of us were in grade 10 and he was killing people with his RANGE

“He’s Kevin Martin. Maybe a little shorter.”
