This list is even more interesting when you think of the fact that Wade and James NBA jerseys have only been around since 2003-2004 … which is less than half of the ten years. Yet still these two remarkable players rated in the top ten. It’s no surprise really – but it shows you how much ground they made up and how fast to make it onto the top ten. I’m glad there’s no sissy ass Carmelo Anthony on there.

Well I can’t believe people continue to rock Carter and McGrady jerseys. I’d rather represent The Big Fundamental (and his multiple rings) rather than perennial losers.

That list has got to be wrong. I would’ve thought AI’s jersey would be 2nd to Jordan’s and TIMBOT DUNCAN? Seriously? I’m not dumping on the man’s game – obviously, he is one of the few active future first ballot HOFers – but who would honestly want to buy #21’s jersey….. JKidd is a surprise as well, but not quite to the outrageous extent as Timmy D.

KG’s jersey definitely should have been up there.
People would rather buy a kevin garnett jersey than Tim duncan.

I don’t think you guys are considering “bandwagon jumpers”, and dick-riders. Duncan’s team has won championships, KG’s haven’t.
Jordan, Kobe, Shaq–all multi champions. Don’t forget how hyped up the league was for Vince’s arrival. His first few Toronto years, he was one of the most popular players in the league (until he said he was gonna stop dunking). Same with A.I.–his arrival in the league can be put with the arrival of Magic, Bird, and Jordan. A.I. changed the culture of the game. DWade and LeBron are up there because of hype (even though Wade won a ring). Don’t forget how during a stretch in 2000-2003, TMAC was one of the game’s most unstoppable…

kobe shaq, and duncan because of the rings (shaq not just the rings i mean is one of the most popular ever)
ai because he is the thug hero. labron because he is “the next coming of the man”
wade, well he has a ring and a finals mvp and he was made popular because of shaq.
vince and tracy because they are both high flyers (vince more then tracy but most people tend to put the 2 of them in the same sentence)
j-kidd, mr tripple double, he is only there because he has been playing in NJ, you know right accross the river, and the knicks SUCK, that makes him (and vince) HOME TOWN BOYS!
AND THEN THERE IS JORDAN i mean he is “THE MAN” (see labron) his jersey i dont think will ever be out sold! a wonder of modern marketing!!!!!
