If I were a gambler, which of course I’m not…
Look, I know my track record isn’t great. Okay, it flat out stinks. But come on … the spread tonight for the Celtics/Cavs game is 9.5 points? 10 in some places? That’s way too many. I know the Celtics are playing at home, and I think they will win, but I also think game one is a close contest.
So here’s the pick:
Cleveland (+9.5) over BOSTON.
P.S. – If you followed my success throughout the year, you’d now go and bet the house the other way.

Hey – nice disclaimer at the end. Way to hedge.
Cavs got +10.5 at my local book. I’ve doubled in to the under 184.5 for a $3.25 dividend. Btw, I don’t usually gamble, either.
Different opponents I know, but here’s a fact: the average scoring differential for the Boston home games and Cavaliers’ road games so far these playoffs is 12.14. Maybe the licensees are on to something.
I just think the defenses are too good and LeBron and his newfound shooters should keep things close.

This is the playoffs. that’s a steal of a bet. Betting my girl’s could have been diamond on Cleveland.

Haha you’re back. The disclaimer is a great cop-out, I love it. Either way you win!
*Celtics win by 15. Ooooooh he was betting the opposite on purpose!!!*
Congrats – you’ve beaten the curse of your non-existent basketball knowledge.

High-five!
Not even a potential overtime was concerning.
