what is interesting about the links and the topic in the links, it was BY FAR the greatest AMRICAN tragedy of ww2 and most people do not even know what it was about. there is a memorial to pearl harbor and yet there where only 2503 deaths there (ironicly about 1/2 of the TOTAL in iraq) and 70,000 captured, 12,000 us and about 11,000 died on the march alone.
there are few americans wo know about the whole story. i was told stories mywhole life by my dad and grandfather. stoies that ould give nightmares to anyone.
