    People always forget about how absolutely amazing MJs hops were. Kobe and Lebron, “the next MJs” aren’t pulling that kind of vertical, no way.

    well, it was in 80’s and most of boards, at least in europe, were made of regular glass, not like current boards. i had chance to see few guys shatter those old boards. still, its awsome clip. now that is elevation…

    I’ve watched highlights of this game and there is no doubting from his mannerisms that it is definitely MJ playing. I still found it so hard to consider the footage legitimate the first time I viewed it because of its age and the fact that ‘the time jordan shattered the backboard’ is never talked about. Why has it taken 22 years for this footage to surface? Why didn’t Jordan use it in any of his videos..? Plenty of his videos contain olympic, high school, college footage.. you’d think a highlight like this would warrant a spot in one of his videos. When my mates first told me about the video I told them they were fools if they even believed for a second that it wasn’t a fake. But after watching it, its hard to argue its not legit. I just can’t understand how something as sensational as this can remain underground for so long considering he could be the most closely scrutinised person, certainly athlete, to walk the earth for the last 2 decades.
