No joke I played a game at the LA sports arena with Tony Gonzalez, Silk the shocker, and Adam Sandler. TG was a Beast. Sandler and Silk were trash.

LOL. I have played with the clown before. When I used to run the youth programs at Basketball City back in the day he came in with his crew late one night. He rented the court and asked us if we could put together a 5 so they could get a run. I am not embellishing the story one bit when I tell you that we played three games and he took every single shot. FOR REAL. His boys would rebound, pass the ball to him, and he would proceed to dribble up the court and take a ridiculous shot. It was classic. Oh, he sucks by the way.

Haha..my brother told me about the time he played “Kels” in a pickup game on the campus of MSU(he was there for a concert) He said all his homies kept setting illegal picks for him and as soon as his team started losing he got mad and stormed off the court! He later canceled that concert! Guess he was “pissed” off!

Jim: I remember that story. It was a 1 on 1 game. He dunked, crossed up, and drained shots all day on the Pied Pisser. It was in an older issue of Slam’s annual streetball issue. That dude was one of Chicago’s elite streetballers. Sadly, I can’t remember the name or the year that issue dropped.

It’s no surprise about R. Kelly’s game. Even though he did play some semi-pro ball some years back, that was mainly based on his celebrity, not his skills. All in all, R. Kelley is just another one of the dudes that you see at the park or gym who thinks he’s better than he really is. You know that these guys are trash in advance when they act like being the point is their birthright. Cats like that are basically the bottom-feeders in the food chain skillwise/contribution-wise and are typically the guys who’ll help the team the most by doing the least with the ball.
