He has the talent to be a star, but lacks the needed mindset (and the rebounding gene that someone like Al Horford or Antwan Jamison has). Best example: when he played in Seattle this past season (his home town), you could tell he wanted to step it up. It's almost like his mindset changed, and he played like a star, dropping 35 and 8 or something. He just doesn't bring that mindset consistently enough.
