Hope Shaun does well. Really hoping he can make a comeback. I mean it ain’t like dude was doing something stupid to get injured. He was on a motorcycle, or wrestling a buddy or in a pick up game. Dude was trying to make it happen in the L during the season.

So I hope he makes it.

Hate it for Monta, still Monta will be back, I just hope he ain’t lost nothing when he come back.

This should be good for Marcus Williams, he hasn’t played much since he was stuck behind JKidd. The dude can play, been a fan of his since his UConn days. Plus I don’t think that his conditioning will be a problem because he’s been playing in mad tournaments around the NYC area.

… such a shame for a team that really had some promise. Monta going down for only a month of the season isn’t TOO devastating, but they are playing in a western conference that showed us last year, that every game counts.

I think this is going to be good for Marcus. Dude had legitimate skill in college and was really hyped going into the draft… then he got buried behind JKidd on the bench. No telling what happened to his psyche while watching Vince run the show and Richardson going all quiet storm in the locker room.

I’m rooting for him…

@ Yooo, we hear you and have thought the same thing. Marcus was spotted all over the city this summer playing in different leagues, the best being Nike Pro City. He looked pretty good there, showing that he can take over when he has to, but you’re right, didn’t exactly look like he was in I’m-gonna-take-over-the-world-shape.

Really?
That is sad. Williams must be depressed or something because that does not sound like the type of summer a player should have when they are taking possibly a lost shot a making it in the league. Williams has the skills to be an NBA pg so I am not sure why he would slack-off.

If Williams can get in shape this is the chance he needs. The other options are less than exciting.
