Give those guys up for Mike Conley plus a future first rounder. I’d take that deal (but Memphis probably wouldn’t). Rudy could split time backing up both Roy and Outlaw. Everyone gets more minutes, everyone’s happy, and we have a pure PG.

Greg Oden is – barring injury – highly probably for future Hall of Fame. And I know he hasn’t played one NBA game yet…but I’ve seen the guy play. I don’t know of any bigs except maybe David Robinson who had that athletecism and quickness. And power…Shaq is the only one I can think of to rival him.

Chicken Noodle Soup: Oden is anything but a stiff. He is very fast at getting up and down the court for his size and will plow through anyone who gets in his way. He has terrific footwork and handling skills for his size as well.

as a bball fan I’m really thrilled about the blazers, but the problem with having a lot of talent is some of those players wont get as much time or shots as they deserve or would get on other teams, i think Travis Outlaw should be traded in that respect to another team that could better use his services.

oden is an awesome player and is probably out to prove to the L he deserved the top pick.

why is every team choosing to get stacked at the same time?

Oden is going to be great unless he gets injured again. I have followed his progress since last year. He has been unbelievably dedicated in his rehab.

And all the stories about his strength and athleticism are true. If he stays healthy he is a perennial all star.

And the Blazers will be perennial contenders for the NBA title.

Somebody is questioning Oden’s agility ???? Whoever is doing that doesn’t know basketball talent when he sees one . .go back to your PS2 games ok ? Oden is going to be better than Tim DUncan at least and at par with Shaq . . but I am betting that he will be a combination of both of them . .just wait and see . . .

i cant wait. been a blazers fan all my life, been through the ups and downs. CANT WAIT.

and yes i hope he stays healthy as well and the whole team can just gel and make huge pushes and championships for the next decade +.

that comment about him fouling out in summer league was some stupid shit. that kid looks at box scores and talks shit. look into why oden played that way. and also realize that was a year ago
