Reebok Talkin Krazy

Reebok Talkin Krazy

Most basketball players at some point in their lives write on their sneakers. Whether it is a quote, their number, or their nickname ballers have been tagging up their kicks for years.

Reebok Talkin Krazy

The only problem with that is once you write on them you can’t really erase it. Reebok has come up with a way to rectify that with the release of its Talkin Krazy sneaker,

The Talkin Krazy is a performance basketball shoe made out of a dry erase board. So now you can customize your shoe as much as you want with the ability to erase and start with a clean slate.

The Talkin Krazy drops 10/1.

i was just thinking about how cool it would be to have a black dry erase board. does anyone (outside of google) know if they even exist? but these shoes are nice and i might get them if they’re not too high…

  4. doc says:

Reebok going for any gimmick to sell a shoe. How about they just sign somebody worthwhile. They still living off AI from 96.

  5. GEE...Low down dirty even says:

You know some young whipper snapper gone be braggin about how he got some girls number on his and be mad once it erases off lol.

  8. Logan Light says:

It would be nice to customize messages for opponents… but I think I’ll pass.

LOL at Gee - “put my to do list on them joints.” That was pretty hilarious.

  9. Imperial-Mel says:

I would put a body count on dem hoes, from all the ankles i took, and who all I t-bagged, then they would have to sign it as well next to the date….lmao

  10. shake&bake says:

Won’t it wipe off easily if anything rubs against it?

  11. Andy says:

You can do UPS commercials on your shoes!

  12. Luigi says:

haha Gilbert did one of these. he made Cust0mize. for his shoe. look it up its like that one up there but theres less space 2 write. n this shoe up there is a mid-high top

  13. brn2fly says:

Gilbert tried somethin close but they terrible. these look aight. i think i might tell dude guardin me that i’m gonna drop 50 on him before we even start

  14. Mark says:

It’s an interesting concept, but I’m pretty sure the material will not uphold the dry-erase ink well, so if you actually play (much less wear) the shoes, it’s very likely the art will lose it’s integrity quickly.

Plus, I’m pretty sure you can do this, so long as you have light-coloured patent leather. A little birdy told me the adidas ‘Impossible is Nothing’ TS Lightswitch Low utilizes this for customization.

  15. malik says:

Yo, I waz at Reebok all-american camp in philly when they released these joints. f’ing bananas is all i’ll say. quit hatin.

    @”smitty far away”

Reebok IS releasing these in black-based colorways… it is writable with a white marker. Looks pretty cool. I’ve heard there also may be a metallic platinum edition writable in both black and white.

  17. Diego says:

Graffeeti already thought of this. http://www.graffeeti.com
