I am currently on my 3rd round of the Master Cleanse. The first time it was for 14 days, the 2nd time was for 10 days and now I am attempting 21 days. This book has been a Bible for me. I continue to use it as a reference. With each new cleanse there are new questions, and they are answered in this book. If you are planning on doing the Master Cleanse or are going to do the cleanse again, I highly recommend this book!!

I could see Z-Bo doing it for the same reason that Jay and Silent Bob went to the abortion clinic in Dogma to meet loose women: he’d get first crack at a bunch of girls who used to be fat and are just now building up their self esteem.

either way I could see both of them in the Vincent D’Onofrio/R Lee Ermy scene in Full Metal Jacket where Ermy finds a jelly donut stashed in D’Onofrio’s footlocker and gives him shit for it. and then Jamal and Nate Rob and David Lee put bars of soap into socks and mercilessly pummel his fat belly while he’s asleep.

About time he took control of his weight. His body probably wouldn’t be as fucked up if he would have done this shit 6 years ago.

I could see Eddy and Fat Zach on this…and then hiding candy and doughnuts around the NY locker room. They’d be worse than those fat lil fuckers in that Ben Stiller movie “Heavyweights”.
