Is Gordan insane? 18ppg 3assist 3 rebounds, and piss poor decisions late in games does not warrant a 10 mil per contract. Not to mention he’s 6’3! What ever he’s been smoking I want some. Him and Ivan Drago can have fun together in that depression that is Russia.

This is a clear litmus test for heart. Maybe Josh Childress is an exception (I’m sure he’s competitive and wants to be a star, plus they did offer him a truck-load of money), but if Ben Gordon were to defect would that mean he doesn’t realize that he’ll still suck at defense in Russia, still put up bad shots, and still not be a star?

You’ve got to man up and play, and that’s that.

I tell you what, though, the Bulls need to do something about these guards. Trade Hinrich, Gordon, SOMEBODY! ANYBODY! Hell, trade Rose I don’t care!

if ben gordon goes to moscow, he will certainly never go back to the nba because no one will want him, nobody wants him now! if he goes to the euroleague and puts up like 30 points a game( which is likely) nobody in the nba will care because it doesnt compare to the nba. On the bright side he can pull a becky hammon and play for the russian national team, and then get his ass beat by team usa

whats with these upper mid class players wanting big time money? they should check how much players like manu, tp etc make and then stop complaining. plus, he is in nba for some time, its not like he showed major improvement every year, so bulls can gamble with 70 mill range offer and pray that he fulfill theirs wishes.
