Better Dunker: Kenyon Martin or Stromile Swift?

Two of my all-time favorite one-dimensional finishers, K-Mart and Stro Show are two of the more underrated big-man dunkers in the game. Keep in mind this clip doesn’t include THIS Stro banger from last year, or THIS ONE where K-Mart gives Dikembe Mutombo some of his own medicine.

It’s crazy I usually see Swift around town (Shreveport, LA) in his Phantom…nice guy and great dunker with at least one OMG dunk per season..but Kenyon tries to rip the rim off its hinges at least one time per game..K-Mart!

I’m going with the Stro-Show because I think they are close, so I’m deciding based on the post dunk celebration. Birdman hands over the jersey pull to the side. Both are nasty and would love to dunk on you.

For that two hander on Tyrus I’d roll with Swift if he wasn’t such a softy otherwise in the paint…K-Mart wins by a inch, because of toughness and intimidation. How many times have he broke his legs and injured his knees?

Ive been a Grizzly fan ever since they came to Memphis and had to watch Stromile not live up to his potential for 5 of those years but there is no doubt in my mind that he is WAY better than K-Mart. Stro is amazing and extremely gifted and excels at dunking but he just doesnt have it all going on upstairs.

this is about better dunker not the better player. Stromile all the way. fav big man dunker. yes the one on tryus was nasty but the one on yao was super nasty. one on one iso and two-handed cram on yao. yao was seeing stars it was that bad.

Stro Show’s ferocious 2 handed facial on Yao (not on the video, WTF), and K-mart’s brutal emancipation of Jermaine O’neal are 2 of my favourite posterizations of all time

I’d go with K-mart, just because his hook up with Jason Kidd was the best alley-oop duo since Payton and Reign Man. Very close call though
