I think Mayo is gonna be really good. I think he’s the one who is going to shine out of this draft. But we’ll see time will tell. He’s the one I’ve got my eye on though. I’m not sold on Rose or Beasley at all particularly if the Heat insist on playing Beasley at the four.

Just to clear up a few things I saw on the posts:

Mike Miller has two years left on his contract not one. He is also a very solid player but his health has been a major concern and his knees are going to give out very shortly. I hope the best for him b/c he is a great person but he was not in the grizzlies long term plans.

Also @ jimmhumm the major reason I would see that we cant fill seats in the Pyramid is its been closed for 4 years and the Grizzlies now play in the state of the art FedEx Forum which is a great stadium. However i get your point and we do need to fill more sits b/c we are struggling to get fans to support the team but now that Pau is gone we should be able to draw more support.

OJ will put up numbers without question. I like his game but the ROY race will be much tighter than people think

Even if mayo isn’t a great player he will sell more tickets than Love or Miller which the Grizz need desperatly. There are usually more people at the Pyramid in Egypt than in the one in Memphis. McHale already has a tweener in Minni. He has an Establish stud down low and only needed a shooter to balance his offense. They gonna suck but he’s not too dumb.
