Limited to 500 pairs

When you win a championship, the gear doesn’t stop rolling out. Yesterday, Christian put you on to the 500 limited edition adidas Champions Jackets. Today, I’ll show you some kicks to rock with it.

Also limited to 500 pairs, this special edition Superstar 1 is hot. The shoe features a gold metallic leather upper with an embroidered Celtics logo on the heel quarter, embroidered trophy and 17 on the heel overlay, ’07-08 championship banner on the tongue, and the words “Boston” on the medial side of the left shoe and “Celtics” on the medial of the right.

While everything on the outside of the shoe is nice, it’s the insole that kills it with screens of the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy and the franchise’s 17 championship banners.

Get ’em before their gone November 1st at the NBA Store in New York and Boston retailers Bodega, adidas Originals, Footlocker, Expressions and the TD Banknorth Garden store.
