Stephon Marbury Has a Fitness Video

Oh yeah, that’s right. Steph is supposedly producing a 45-minute exercise video based on the offseason workout regimen that has him down to 197 lbs. in Knicks camp - supposedly the lightest he’s been since high school. Steph told the NY Post that the video will be out in time for the holidays and will be called “Starbury & Aim Sports Medicine Presents: The Rebuilding of the Mind, Body and Soul of a Superstar.”

Steph tells the Post that he got the idea for the video from “long hikes and jogging the Hollywood Hills” this summer and that the video is “for all different types of people, not just basketball players.”

Purely for entertainment value, what would you pay for the Starbury fitness video?

Who’s Mind, Body and Soul are they rebuilding? If it’s Steph’s, then the title should be “rebuilding the Mind, Body and Soul of a piece of shit wasted talent”.

I wouldn’t trade a bag of dog shit to see anything with Steph.

He is in shape, but the Mind and Soul should be dropped from the title to gain a little more legitimacy…

  12. Drink the Haterade (KB24 Chip 09) says:

    Who’s the superstar?

  13. Jimmhumm says:

I would trade a a half drunk can of Rockstar Sports Drink, a torn up 1995 copy of Slam with Penny Hardaway on the cover, and a Bobby Brown CD to see Starbrury work out. On the other hand I can’t wait for a Boom Dizzle commercial from Jenny Craig!

  14. sans says:

It would take money for me to watch it. Speaking of, did you know that Coolio has a cooking show? Fucking dumb entertainment surrounds us at all times.

  15. Tbone says:

    I’d pay $8.99 for it.
