fallinup You’re a HATER.. You think a kid this disiplined at such a young age can’t learn to read?? I see you know how to read, and have done enough studying to earn your PHD.

4:40 mile is just insane for most people let alone his age!
October 8th, 2008 at 4:03 pm
Jim says:
I’m pretty sure he can read just fine considering pops has him doing legit fundamental drills and not looking like he wants to be Hot Sauce.
The real question is…doesn’t everyone know what 21 is? KOMO viewers have to hear 2-on-1 make it take it?

Kobeef says:
“I don’t push him” except the 100 sit-ups and 200 push-ups before bed each night and 4 hours of practice each day and making the kid have the same hair style as me.

fallinup says:
Don’t get me wrong, this kid is waaaay good. The video and the news story proves that. It’s not hate to wonder if this kid is this good because of him or some outside force that’s making him this good. In that sense, why is it so bad to ask how well this kid can read?
He is 11 years old ya know. I believe kobeef’s (#9) response was quite accurate.

4:50 mile, not that it makes any difference.
I remember seeing this video awhile back. Amazing kid. Hope he stays on track and doesn’t get into trouble.

He did almost all of those dribbling drills with his head down.
Weak.
October 9th, 2008 at 2:06 am
tealish says:
It’s hard to tell if his 3 pointers were consecutive or not, but if they were — that’s the most impressive skill he has so far. The dribbling is nice, but really just average for relatively skilled players his age.

He is not 15 now, seeing how that video was made in October of 2008, and he was 11. Do your math the kid is 12 now, and he still has a lot of years of basketball ahead of him. He can only get better.
