Dick Vitale Vs. UCLA’s Mascot

UCLA

No joke, after the four-girl UCLA Dance team did their thing at half time, Dick Vitale played the UCLA Brown Bear mascot one-on-one.

It wasn’t like they played for a quick camera shot. They actually played one-on-one. Vitale probably took about 15 shots and missed all but one of them. He kept clamoring to the fans sitting courtside that he was getting fouled.

If anyone else in America stepped on Madison Square Garden’s floor in their dress shoes and started to play a mascot mano-y-mano, there would have been security to escort them off.
