I love KG – always been a huge fan of his since he came into the league – but he crosses the line too much with his taunting and loud-mouth vulgarity (he is the easiest player to read lips on TV when he’s screaming “motherfucker”) which is looked as “ok” bc he’s intense.

KG should’ve been T’d up. It was HILARIOUS to watch. He was screaming at him, clapping in his face as he’s bringing the ball up, and putting the hand in his face as Jose’s just trying to cross half court. The in-game stuff was fine, but when the whistle blows and he’s still going, he should get T’d up. I hope he keeps it up though, cuz that was amazing last night. Our whole section was dying laughing.

Those of you saying KG should pick a fight w/ other guys, he’s had problems with plenty of other guys and they’re almost always centers. He’s not gonna throw down w/ Ron and/or Shaq or most other superstars cuz he’s been in so many ASGs and commercials w/ them, I’m sure he knows them. After the whole Perk/JO thing, it was KG that was guarding/talking to Jermain and trying to keep things under control.

Credit to Jose though, takes big ones to come back at that. Anyone think he’d've said anything other than, “I’m sorry Mr. Garnett” if this was on the playground and not in front of 20,000 people? Me neither…

Calderon isn’t blameless either, he routinely claps in guy’s faces trying to affect their shot or other similar tactics.

Jose’s been ballin’ for a while but this is his first year of being THE guy at the 1 spot for the Raps. KG just wanted to introduce himself. Welcome to the big stage son!

First off, if he could have, why didn’t race past Garnett and not even give him the chance to get in his head?

Secondly, Garnett walks away from Calderon AFTER Calderon tries to get into his face AFTER the whistle and were separated by a ref.

Thirdly, after that moment PP begain destroying the Raptors and the Celtics were all fired up.

Players jaw at each other all the time. And there was no special treatment, the refs were consistent. No T for KG, no T for Jose.
Commentator’s bias was clear. He saw what he wanted to see. Claimed that the Jose and the Raps were showing some heart. Failed to see that the Raps completely collapsed after KG got under their skin.
Whether you like it or not KG’s antics worked. And Jose and the Raps showed they lacked all lacked a pair that night.
