Marc Gasol’s Coming Out Party

Marc GasolGrizzly Adams

After struggling with foul trouble on Saturday, finishing with just three points (1-6 from the field) and eight rebounds, it appears Grizzlies rookie center Marc Gasol had something to prove tonight.

In a win over the Warriors, Gasol was a beast BEAST dropping 27 points (on 9-11 shooting from the floor and the line), 16 boards and three blocks. While he did commit a whopping six turnovers, I’m sure The Fantasy Doctor will comment on his performance tomorrow morning in his (Almost) Daily Fantasy column.

    LOL straight bum? What the fuck have you been sniffing? Or are you just a straight up retard. Marc Gasol just posted beastly numbers 27 16 3. Dark horse for Rookie of the Year.

    Looks like the only word we can use so far for him is wildly inconsistent

    Marc gasol is a straight bum

    pau is like a cerebral assasin, almost like a tim duncan. he plays soft in the nba, but whenever he wears his national team colors, he gets in there.

    marc doesn’t have pau’s skill set. he’s shaq while pau’s duncan.

    @fresh

    “Marc gasol is a straight bum” -man that’s just straight ignorant.

    are you forgetting these are the same warriors that took the hornets and raptors down to the wire.

  10. Kudabeen says:

    He is a very gritty player. Before he came last year he was described as the total opposite of Pau as far as looking for the contact out there. He has that kind of raw emotion that you want your Bigs to have on a team of scorers, runners, and finesse guys. He was scowling out there…Griz are playing great defense as they figure out how to maximize their talent on offense.

    I am disappointed at the play of Conely and Lowry…They are not controlling the game like I thought they would, but the season is young and they have had good moments. Griz if nothing else are more of what Ivaroni was supposed to bring last year, but only defense has been the big surprise so far…
