Monday Lineup Special – Fantasy Basketball Update
Howard took a trip to the Doc today. And I don’t mean me.Monday’s lineup deadline is approaching. Here’s a quick afternoon update. We hope to have one more update tonight.
Matt Barnes – Barnes has a 4 game week and is expected to be back tonight for his game. He’s safe to start as a 4th forward in a 12 team league.
Josh Howard – The Dallas News Mavs Blog had this updated their blog a couple hours ago and Josh Howard had a doctor’s appointment today to have his wrist examined. He’s questionable for tomorrow night. The doctors visit scares us a bit and we’d play it safe and sit him if you can afford to. We may get one more update before tonight.
Michael Redd - Still no word on Redd’s ankle and availability. They have 8 games in two weeks and the Bucks (plus his fantasy owners) would love to get Redd back for the majority of them. I’m going to risk it.
Devin Harris - Harris will miss tonight’s game though the Nets do have a 4 game week. He’s questionable for Wednesday. If you can bench him do it.
Mehmet Okur - Okur is going to head to Turkey to address a family illness. Kirilenko and Paul Millsap (who could be a great start this week) will pick up the slack.
Deron Williams - No sure bet that Williams will play Tuesday or even this week. Possibly with Okur out the urgency will be a little bit stronger but the Jazz are probably doing the right thing for everyone playing it safe.

hope memo’s family situation gets resolved appropriately. having to fly half-way across the world for something like this would be really bad for anyone’s productivity at work.
expect either collins, fesenko or koufos to make some sort of blip when it comes to rebounds and possibly blocks.

My waiver request to drop Chris Wilcox and pick up Tyson Chandler was denied in my fantasy league (I have never been denied before, didn’t know it could happen). Anyway, this was before the injury to Wilcox.

I will tell you that my favourite nba player is Mr Luc Ricardo Mbah a Moute and if you want to have nba player with the best name in game you must pick him up from your long list of player.
