PG: Derrick Rose – for making the question “who’s the best PG in the L?” arguably have 2 legit answers for the next 10 years (honorable mention: CP3 for being the obvious other answer)

SG: OJ Mayo – for the still-underrated wettest J in the game and his membership in the Greg Oden “I look 1,000 years old at 19″ Club.

SF: Hedo Turkoglu – for being better than his much, much richer wingmate and keeping alive the C-Webb Sactown days

PF: Amare Stoudemire – for getting better all the time, for having that nasty meanstreak of KG but more talent, and for being a great consolation prize for the Knicks in 2010 if things go “poorly”

C: Andrew Bynum – for making me look smart for hyping you 4 years go (honorable mention: Andris Biedrins – dude’s gotten legit)

How could you possibly put Shaq this isn’t a list from 99?

Also, you guys called D Wade the MVP so far. He is carrying a team by himself how can you not put him on this list. The guy is averaging over 4 defensive stats a game.
