Denver. There. all he has to do is block shots and fly for alley-oops, which is easy for him with his hops and timing.

But in keeping with my “go to the Spurs” philosophy, get him, ‘Dyess, and Starbury on the Spurs. Williams can start with Duncan, and they could bring Oberto and ‘Dyess off the bench. And let Starbury play the 2 as a starter, bring Fin to sub for Bown, Manu is still the bench assasin, and Parker and Starbury could rotate in a very flexible backcourt.

That’s a bad-ass 8-man roatation right there.

this guy is so overrated; he goes for the block instead of playing his man, he’d only work for a team that has a good post-defender but needs a weakside help defender whose only contribution on offense is off the oreb putback. Don’t say he can be perkins, perkins plays the post with great position d. Hasn’t the stromile swift experiment been tried and failed already?

If the Raptors do what I say and play three bigs at a time (see my comment on the Bargnani clip from yesterday), then we could use some more bigs. I think we’re the sort of team that could absorb a troubled player and turn him around, providing a solid environment with some veteran leadership.
