That didn’t take long. A little less than 12 games, to be exact.
But seriously, where have all the good feelings gone? Did Thunder fans think their team would automatically not stink because they moved to their city? You can’t go from loving your squad and turning home games into the NBA’s version of Cameron Indoor Stadium to booing them just a few games into the season.
How long should the OKC fans have given their team before killing them like they did last night? Or should they have started the boos sooner?

Wow. At least OKC fans have a team to boo. Eh, Seattle?

They deserved to be booed last night. It’s one thing to field a bad team, but it’s another entirely to give no effort in the 4th quarter against the Clippers.

Not this year. Seattle sucked for years even with Ray and Rashad. They can’t expect them to turn into contenders just because the switched zip codes. They play hard from what I seen. There just not that good.

Okay, OKC should just be grateful they have an NBA franchise. They obviously didn’t inherit the Spurs so you know they are still a project. They have good building blocks on that team, so fans just need to be patient.

Real fans watch their team even when they’re bad. Any team, even one like this, is only a #1 pick and a couple of lucky trades away from being on the verge of an 8-seed. If that happened, these same fans will come back and suddenly be on the bandwagon again. This squad could certainly be the next Hawks in a couple of years.

If I were them, I’d have a “Hater’s Nite”. Booing is the new cheering, everyone loves to be hated on. It makes people feel like they are doing something right.
It’s aight to boo a team, even if it’s a first year expansion team, after the first quarter they ever play. If they suck, let em know about it.

Absolutely pathetic. Twelve games into first season–and it’s not like all 12 were even at home. They must have gotten a bit spoiled with the Hornets.

I’m sitting about a block from the Ford Center right now as I type this and while I wouldn’t personally boo them for what happened last night, I can understand why people would be pissed about a 35-point swing to the Clippers…

Hate ain’t a NY thing, hate is a thing for everyone have, hold and use worldwide.
NY fans can hate as good as anyone, but they can also ride a jock better than Jenna Jameson. Look at that Renaldo Balkman craze.

Uh, how many people posting here were at the Ford Center? If there were boos, there weren’t very many. What I did hear was a lot of people cheering baskets and rebounds all the way through the third and fourth quarter, and there were way more people clapping for the team as they went into the locker room than could have been booing (since I never heard boos). I heard some moans and groans when the ball went out of bounds repeatedly and shots were missed, but a moan doesn’t say anything about how the fans feel about the team, it’s more a reflection of sorrow over an opportunity to score lost. The majority of people in Oklahoma City knew this was going to be a bad team, and they haven’t surprised us. But, it’s our team, and we’re sticking with them. I realize everyone out there is just waiting for a chance to criticize OKC, but there were over 18,300 tickets sold for that game. Oklahoma City is the only losing team in the top half of the league in ticket sales, and we’re definitely losing. Maybe that’s a bigger story.

Fuck OKC and every single person living in that god forsaken hell hole. Stealing an NBA team makes you a big league city as much as stealing the crown makes you king.
