Top 10 Upset In the Making?

It’s almost like every time Josh Shipp touches the ball, the Bruins are in trouble. As a college coach, I guess you have to be loyal to your upperclassmen, but Shipp has zero confidence right now and isn’t doing anyone any good.

UCLA and Michigan have been locked in a heated back-and-forth battle for the entirety of the second half, thanks in large part to the 1-3-1 zone that the Wolverines have put on. The only two guys who are effective at all against this zone are Darren Collison and Jrue Holiday.

While Shipp has struggled to do anything but turn the ball over, Holiday has been outstanding. His numbers might look normal, but he’s made clutch shots when the Bruins needed them, and crisp, sharp passes to open teammates.

When the Bruins take a lead, the strong Michigan contingent in the Garden rains down with some strong “You Suck!” chants at the refs.
