You Can Buy Mark Jackson’s $5 Million House

Looking for a new crib? Mark Jackson and his wife have placed their mansion in Calabasas, Calif. – which Mitch Richmond and Keyshawn Johnson have also owned – on the market for $4,995,000, less than 18 months after they bought it for $4,700,000.

The five-bedroom mansion, which just came on the market on Friday, was built in 1997 and is located in Calabasas’ guard-gated Mountain View Estates area. The mansion measures either 8,435 square feet (according to public records) or 10,000 square feet (according to listing information), and has a professional theater, a gym, a steam room, a poker room and a bonus room.

House photos are not yet available for the Calabasas mansion, but we’ll post ‘em up as soon as we can get our hands on them.

If you had $5 million to spare, would you buy this house?

p_dizzle, what capital gains taxes? The brokers fees alone will eat any gains if he sells at his asking price.
