Zach Randolph Can’t Miss
Z-BoZ-Bo has posted double-doubles in each of his last seven games, and he could very well hit that mark by halftime today. He’s 7-7 from the field for 16 points, and has six boards to boot.
Dirk simply doesn’t get physical enough with Randolph to alter his shot. Where is Brandon Bass?

Dirk doesnt get physical enough? It’s Dampier who’s guarding him. Knicks are playing small with him at the 5. Are you watching the game or reporting box scores?

Its still very early in the season, but I would like to call out all the brain dead haters that were demanding the Knicks trade Randolph.
Because so far this season, Z-Bo has been nothing but a pest, right? He isnt making his team better, right, because Curry and Jerome James have been posting up 20 ppg each?
All you hear about is how Randolph is menacing in the locker room, he keeps a posse of thugs with him in the locker room and usually robs his teammates Ipod’s and Jerome James’ chicken change.

I said it all summer long, they need to trade Curry, not Z-Bo. And they should be playing Steph because Duhon sucks ass. Which ever team gets Steph is going to be mad happy. Thomas and Dolan are the reason the Knicks were so shitty, so it would be stupid to keep running things the way Thomas did, by benching Marbury.
Even though he’s not flying all over the place like Amare, Z-Bo is that inside theat that will keep the defense honest enough for the perimeter players to do damage.
They should trade Curry for G.Wallace, at the very least they get a defender who rebounds and steals with the best in the L. Curry has done anything but keep the bench warm.

Dime Magazine says:
Ree,
You’re right that Dampier has guarded him on a couple of plays, but when David Lee came in the game, Dirk slid over to check Zach. When Bass checked in, he guarded Zach and finally forced him into a miss.

Did you see brandon bass put back… WOW. And to answer your question there he is.
Z-bo benefits from D’Antoni’s system

Because before D’Antoni, Z-Bo didn’t put up similar numbers?

Zach Randolph ? Are you kidding me ? He wouldn’t get close to double digits against defensive minded teams. This fat ass can easily be stopped, just not by Dallas.

Dagomar says:
Why do you guys bash Dirk so much while loving Zack? Dirk owned the clutch tonight and butchered the Knicks for 39/14 . . . that after his halfcourt shot at halftime was waived. Maybe he’s not a great defensive player, but he does what he wants on offense . . . .

dirk got really cold in the second half, but showed up in crunchtime, that baseline turnaround j in the end of regulation was nasty ..
how bad is jason kidd? the only good thing he did on offense was posting up twice and passing the ball back out ..
