Amare Stoudemire’s All-Star Campaign
Following in the footsteps of Chris Bosh, Amare Stoudemire isn’t taking any chances when it comes to playing in the 2009 NBA All-Star Game in Phoenix this February. Launching a website to aid his efforts, Vote4Amare.com, the modern-day Sun Tzu has created five webisodes starring Jay “Super Fan” Johnson to get STAT voted as a starting forward for the Western Conference. Check the first spot below.

STAT lost it after his microfracture surgery. He may be 100% back but he can’t dominate like he used to. The explosiveness is not there. TD, Dirk, and Al Jefferson are having a better year than STAT.

Ian it is pretty funny, Amare is poking fun at himself. I know you’re gonna say something like “Oh the greatest PF doesn’t need to make videos like this because he’s locked in every year” and you’re right he is a lock in every year, but here’s my impression of Tim Duncan’s all-star campaigne.

Yeah i think what made Bosh’s video great was it was shot on some simply handheld camera…it wasn’t a full on production like this one…you could tell Bosh went out and did it in like an hour…Amare’s comes off like he’s trying to damn hard…
