Grudge Match: Devin Harris vs. Jason Kidd

Devin HarrisDevin Harris

Think Devin Harris had anything to prove tonight? In the first half, he had 26 points (9-16 from the floor, 4-6 from beyond the arc, 4-4 from the line), five assists, three rebounds and a steal in front of his home crowd as the Nets pushed the Mavericks to a 64-51 lead at halftime.

But don’t think that the future Hall of Famer would just roll over and let the young kid hand it to him. Through 24 minutes, Jason Kidd held his own with 12 points (4-6 from the floor, 2-3 from beyond the arc, 2-2 from the line), four assists, three rebounds and a steal.

I’ll keep you posted and let you know the final damage later…
