I’m Gonna Be On TV
Getting mic’d upSo…I may or may not be on a reality show…
A couple of months ago I signed on to be on a reality show focusing on young black professionals that live in Harlem. I initially did it just for the experience, but soon after we started filming I found the whole process to be fun. Tedious but fun.
The show is called Harlem Heights and it premieres in March on BET. If I had to describe it, I would say it is very similar to The Hills…just with way more black people, lol. Earlier this week the camera crew came down to the Dime Factory to catch me and the crew doing what we do.
Don’t ask…They captured us having an editorial meeting looking over photos that are in the upcoming issue of Dime. “Hollywood” Pat Cassidy was a natural in front of the camera (He’s been in front of a camera numerous times), I was laughing as I usually do, and Aron was cool as a fan.
The office had mad jokes, especially when they put the makeup on me. Needless to say I was super-embarrassed. I know they can’t wait until the show airs so they can keep the jokes coming.

That’s cool CGF…i know that had to have been an experience. I give you alot of respect for actually signing up for it, I know alot of guys probably would have shied away but it’s positive to see a role model like this, stepping up and showing that young black men can be successful and not just in sports or music, even if it is a sports magazine haha. And I’m sure your colleagues enjoyed the time the crew came to the office. Can’t wait to see the show!!!

I am a Georgia Bulldog fan (football) and yea yea yea they sucked this year to start out pre-season #1 to not even in top 10 now.
Still even last year when Georgia was doing great, May was HATIN. I am talkin bout some top notch hatin. It’s like dude got something personal against them or something.
Even not about my squad, the way he sees the game is just either wrong or nothing to write home about. He tries to break it off like it’s all new news and he is saying some new revelation. Dude is horrid.
So I got to go Mark May, Rome, a few on Around the Horn and Walton. I know a lot of folks don’t like Skip but dude trips me out.
