I've seen Scottie play numerous times due to my high school being his rival. He was extremely explosive in high school, no one could handle him. But that's high school. College is definately different. He's not what he used to be because it a totally different, level as we all know and he finally met his competition. I feel that if he can't dominate the way he used to in high school in college, then NBA is not the answer. He should be playing like Dominic Rhodes from Marq or any of the other guards in the Big East. So, NO I do not think he's ready yet for the L. But Good Luck to his future.

I am scottie's cousin. he has the work ethic to get the job done. as far as an explosive first step, thats something you can improve, and he knows what he has to do. ESPN did a mock draft after his sophmore year, and put him as the last pick in the first round as a Sophmore. I think his shot will be better in the nba than college. after growing up with him, the further away from the rim he is tthe better his shot gets. ive seen him do stuff with the ball that you dont even see in video games. so trust me, he'll be in the nba. He's a PTP

I think Scottie could develop into a viable NBA player. In the right circumstances, with the right coach and the right team, he could surprise everyone with his talent. I'm not a NBA scout, but I'm sure I'm not the only person thinking along these lines about Scottie Reynolds.

i think scottie has a chance. i mean yea he lacks in areas but scottie has the potental to go far. Scottie keeps his head almost all the time in games. he can play in the nba and average about 15 because he can get shots for himself and his teamates. Still i think scottie should stay in college for 1 more year just to develope his game more. When scottie comes to the Nba the critics will be quited. Scottie= The NBA

Simple you cant make a 2 guard play the pg position. You can't learn that on the fly. He's actually hurting his team and mostly his game. They have their Point Guard/Playmaker Corey Fisher playing the 2 who's not looking for his shot. Then you have a sharpshooter at that trying to manafacture plays and run offense. Jay Wright is to blame. They also lost a very talented guard in Malcom Grant last year. He's also over recruiting at the position. You can't win with all guards. Scottie has looked horrible this year. This minor change would help the team and each player individually. Isn't that the point. It's like asking kobe to play the PG not possible. You can't make a player what he's not. As a coach your suppose to utilize your players strengths.

This year it has been very difficult to watch my boy. I am also from Herndon and have seen him play for almost seven years now. I don't understand how he went from explosive to tentative in such a short time. I think Wright is behind this. Evenso, because I have watched him for such a long time and know what he is capable of (with the best competition) I do think he can and will make it in the NBA.

he's not an NBA player...yet. he doesn't handle it well enough to break down and NBA defense, he's not that quick and he's about 5-11 at best. he can shoot it though.

I don't really see Reynolds as a good comparison to Childress. I should know. Randolph is my cousin. He was a first round draft pick, played for a couple of NBA teams, and did his thing in the Italian League for years.

He's a very good player, and I think that Reynolds could play in the NBA in the future if he could cut down on the turnovers and get a little more explosive with that first step.
