I think the rivals issue in the current NBA sucks. anyone remember how no matter what the circumstances, chuck person would destroy the celtics? (the rifleman)

I also remember glenn rice hitting the bulls up for 56 (or so) with the heat.

part of the problem is that all the ‘starts’ in the nba right now are so chummy with each other. they all go to each others’ charity events, apparently if you play the hornets, CP will let your best players stay at his house, and so forth.

could you imagine charles oakley or x-mcdaniel doing something like that?
