Marco Belinelli Exits The Doghouse
After registering eight DNP-CDs in the first 19 games, it appears Marco Belinelli is officially out of the doghouse. Finally logging some significant minutes in the past five games, Belinelli is showing us all how he can score and why the Warriors drafted him with the 18th pick a year ago.
Tonight against the Hawks, Beli had 27 points, six assists, three rebounds and two steals in a career-high 42 minutes. Remember his first NBA Summer League game? Belinelli scored 37 points (14-20 from the floor, 5-7 from beyond the arc), and added five boards, two assists and a steal. That’s what this kid is capable of.
