Cheeks seems to take about half a season to figure out what he's doing and his teams play a lot better in the 2nd half. That being said, I think he should be in the hot seat because the Sixers should be much better than they are- Iggy needs to find his game or get benched, Dalambert is definitely not earning the "beast" nickname, Brand is under-performing, and it looks like that Willie Green break-out is never going to happen.
