Shawn Marion, a great player, needs a run and gun offense, without it, he is just as good Matt Barnes! So trading him off are team would be ehh..unless we get a big man like Chris Kaman now that would be a good trade

Big Ben Wallace, Sasha Pavlovic, the rights to multiple perogi’s and/or Big Z….but seriously, the only trade that really makes sense is Steph for Matrix, both of their contracts are too hard to match otherwise.

The fact of the matter is Shawn Marion was never going to succeed in the Miami system, because it requires him to create his own shot by putting the ball on the floor, he can’t do that. So he’s ineffective in Miami. They should get rid of him ASAP, they never should have got him. Marion is only well-suited to do what he did in Phoenix, be an undersized power forward on a running team.
