While I was writing the post on A.I.’s new shoe I decided to hit youtube up to see if I could find footage from the Georgetown/UConn game where Ray Allen hit that tough shot in the lane to seal it for the Huskies. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, but stumbled upon this…
The footage is a bit gritty but Ray Ray and A.I. both get buckets in this one. Check for cameos from Othella Harrington, Doron Scheffer and Travis Knight.

The way the NBA is going, there will never be another AI. There always will be another CP3 or DRose but not AI.
And college games are a joke now compared to back then. Some of the most hyped games last year such as USC(Mayo) vs Memphis(Rose) or USC vs K State(Beasley) were all boring. When was the last college game where 2 future NBA superstars went nuts and brought their A game?
