fallinup says:
That was clearly an easy ass dunk. Darius is still getting his legs back. He’s looking good though.
Bye bye 18 mil, portland. haha

At least he didn’t get “Wafered”…if it don’t make Block of the Night, it ain’t THAT bad.
He did look like one of those kids at the Y who think they can dunk, but end up lookin stupid.

Mamba says:
Come on D youre better than that!
Probably thought he was filming an old Jordan ad and could have a second take if he blew the dunk,
Good to see D Miles back though

karizmatic says:
That’s just sad. And he brought it down like he knew he was high enough. It’s just not like it used to be is it Darius?

original2k9 says:
he missed ,so what, he coming off surgery, plus dime forgot to mention he had 13 points off the bench not bad for someone who wasn’t supposed to ever play ball again
January 14th, 2009 at 12:56 pm
Kobeef says:
Darius is the second best bench player on the Grizz behind Warrick.
If the Blazers can get an exemption for Darius the Knicks should be able to get one for Jerome James who is much further from being an NBA player than Darius.

HerseyHawkinsFan says:
The Griz are just helping out the Lake Show. First giving them Gasol, and then signing D-Miles to screw up Port’s Cap.
January 14th, 2009 at 7:56 pm
Scoobysnacks says:
1 game = $18m, not the highest paid player, but the highest cost player ever.
Can Memphis coerce a favourable 3 way trade with Portland (since Portland can’t sign Miles) on the condition that the third team does not play him?

they say when you have microfracture surgery you lose your fifth gear if you ever had one and your hopes…look at penny, jamal mashburn, allen houston…webber….darius was mediocre at best…he is maybe d-league level at this point!
January 14th, 2009 at 11:17 pm
Hey!! says:
Come on guys, the ball slipped out of D’s hands.
Just like how $18mil will slip out of Portland’s hands.

heartbreaker85 says:
nice to see d trying to get his legs back, his run looked awkward, the jump was low. this guy’s 6″8-9 right? damn, if i were that tall id dunk it all day, no way im missing freebies.
January 15th, 2009 at 4:07 am
Nora says:
I’m just glad Portland is not getting away with not paying for him. They should never have even had that option. They made the mistake of signing him and now they are paying for it like they should.
